XCVI was founded in 1996 (or XCVI in roman numerals) from the back of a mom-and-pop clothing boutique on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, California. Together with designer Lilia Gorodnitski, the Zeltzer family manifested a shared vision of casual clothing that enrich women’s lives with joy and ease.
